"I really enjoyed the course, it touched on so many different topics and gave us a great understanding of the work performed by a Medical Receptionist. I am looking forward to putting it into practice, hopefully in the not too distant future. Dianne is an excellent trainer with a great deal of knowledge who manages the class well, while also encouraging active participation by everyone. "

"When researching medical reception courses in Perth, the AMA one came highly recommended by someone working in the medical field. I had no previous medical background, and when I started the course, all the new information and terminology was quite overwhelming. Now that I am working in a medical practice, I can see the diversity of roles in the field and the different ways practices work. The AMA course certainly gave me a solid foundation and a great starting point to begin my new career as a medical receptionist. Thank you Dianne for your training - it was very helpful!"

"I really enjoyed the courses and can I say, I think Julie is an absolute credit to the AMA.  She was so organised and I really liked the professional yet friendly way the audio typing was managed.  Toni and Cassie were also lovely.  Your staff chatted in the tea room and were just so welcoming, I felt more comfortable there than at my current workplace! "Firstly a huge thank you for recognising my potential and accepting me into the trainee-ship programme. Not only do I love my new career, I was successful in my application for a full time line beating 6 other more experienced candidates. So happy to be staying with my Host company."

"I would like to thank and give my appreciation to AMA Training Services, to Tracie as well as to Chris. I have thoroughly enjoyed this course (Certificate IV in mental health) and although at times it has been quite challenging with the range of different personalities and challenges that comes with those in the class I have to give Tracie credit for being able to cope and manage this in a positive light. Tracie has made this course engaging and this has encouraged me to return every month time and time again. If I do not understand something I have always been given the opportunity to ask, question and debate with a different opinion and point of view without feeling judged or being an inconvenience. Tracie has presented questions that have made me scratch my head many times, consult google and ask for different opinions and by doing this has given me the opportunity to 1. Research and 2. Be open minded. I absolutely love when I am challenged because this encourages and motivates me to put in the effort to complete my assignments with ease and a better understanding of what the questions are asking. I can honestly say that I feel more equipped with the knowledge and tools that I have gained from this course to be able to help others that are faced with any situation with ease and help them work towards positive outcomes and for this I cannot express how truly blessed and grateful I am. If I am able to help at least 1 person in my life time, that is enough for me to know that all this work has not been in vain."

"Dear Deb I extend sincere gratitude to you for helping me to turn my life around. I like to think that I underwent a mid-life transition (not crisis) After 35 years in the Corporate world, both as a business owner & an employee, I decided, in my 50’s, that the time had come to do something that resonated with me. I have always, since childhood, been committed to Volunteer, Charity & Community work, so made the executive decision to shift direction to pursue a career that aligned with my core values. I hold an Arts Degree, so considered going back to Uni to get my Honours. Deciding that that was too onerous an option, I explored other avenues. How blessed was I to stumble upon a small ad for your course, placed by the AMA, in the community news. Deb, a heartfelt thank you to you – you are truly a ‘teacher’ in the real sense of the word: someone committed to their work, who is kind, caring & compassionate and who demonstrates great empathy & patience toward their students. You made our classes interesting & enjoyable and I looked forward to & enjoyed every one. I really credit you with enabling me to turn my life around and for this I will be eternally grateful. I begin work at RUAH next week & am very excited. They are, in my humble opinion, the Gold Standard Grassroots Organization in WA & I’m so grateful to be given this opportunity. I’d like to extend my appreciation too to Margaret for all her amazing support along the way and also for her assistance in securing my practical placement at RUAH. Your team is really wonderful. They say that word of mouth is your best form of advertising – the proof of the pudding…….. my friend is now doing her Medical Reception course through the AMA!"

"Thank you so much for sending through my Cert III and for the time given by all involved with my training. It was a pleasure to be a part of your organisation. I would like to express that Lee-Anne Harley as my trainer for the last 5-6 modules was of tremendous benefit towards my completion."
