Claims concerning short supply or other order and delivery problems must be made in writing to the Manager, AMA Training within 30 days of receipt of the order. AMA will replace or make up the difference in the order if the claim is accepted.
All returns will be approved or rejected at the discretion of AMA. AMA is not automatically responsible for accepting returns where there is a customer error or the customer simply changes their mind. It is important that the customer chooses material carefully.
If products including CD’s are assessed to be defective or damaged and cannot be used for technical reasons, we will be happy to replace the item. A request for return must be received within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Learning resources that are oversupplied, damaged in transit, with faulty binding or printers errors etc may be returned to AMA. Returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation provided by AMA. AMA will provide a freight note to facilitate the return of any goods not ordered by you wrongly supplied or damaged.
AMA is happy to replace items that are damaged or defective. It is AMA policy not to refund the cost of items purchased. You should choose items carefully.
