Learner and Employer Survey Results
AMA Training Services is provided with a Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Survey, as feedback on our performance as a Registered Training Organisation. Data is collected annually and reported in June for the previous calendar year. A copy of the latest report can be accessed here.
Code of Practice

AMA Training Services has an appeals process to ensure that employers and learners have a fair mechanism in relation to the handling of appeals and that the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness at adopted at every stage in the appeals process. The Australian Medical Association (WA), in conjunction with Health Training Australia – have developed a range of comprehensive learning resources in an easy to follow format for use in either self directed or classroom learning.
Protection of Fees Paid in Advance
Where a student pays more than $1500 in prepaid fees to AMA Training Services, these fees are protected by guarantee by AMA through a Deed of Guarantee between AMA Services (WA) Pty Ltd and Australian Medical Association (WA) Inc.
