This popular Medical Reception course has been developed by the Australian Medical Association based on industry requirements.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and duties of a Medical Receptionist. The course is mapped to four nationally recognised units of competency designed to enhance your opportunities for employment.

Course Information:

This course can be completed inhouse with your choice of either completing the course over 2 weeks, AMA003, or 6 weeks AMA004. Alternatively you can complete the course in your own time  via distance learning.
