Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. Falling under the Certificate III in Business this course offers the specialisation in  Customer Engagement.

Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

The program has rolling enrolments and can be commenced at any time.

This qualification is typically completed within a 12 month period though it can take longer if completed as part of an on-the-job traineeship program.

Self Paced Learning

AMA courses may include face to face in person or online sessions. Access to course content is via our learning management system (LMS). The LMS allows you to see courses organised into units and within each unit to see resources and formal assessments. You will submit assessments into the LMS. AMA trainers / assessors are contactable at any time by telephone or email.

Course Fee (non-traineeship): $2,200.00* (price may reduce in case of credit transfer/national recognition of units)

Course Fee (traineeship – new worker): $1,543.75** (concession rates may apply). Additional fees may apply such as Student Service and Resource fees.

The student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.

*Payment for this qualification is spread over four equal instalments of $550.00, collected in three month intervals as outlined below.  

  1. The first instalment is due upon receipt of enrolment, and once paid will give students access to their first set of units.
  2. After three months, or if a student requests access to new units earlier, students will be invoiced for the second instalment and upon payment will gain access to their next set of units.
  3. This process will continue until all four instalments are paid and the qualification is completed.
